Professional from the get go. I was looking at a 4 week wait elsewhere to get my AC problem diagnosed and repaired. CPR fit me in the next day and I had my car back at 5pm with frosty cold AC ❄️

Rating: ⭐⭐⭐⭐

Our primary production business doesn't run without our Isuzu FSR700. So when the truck failed rego, operations stopped.
CRP prioritised the truck booking and I dropped the truck off immediately.

It was one of those repairs everyone hates, the more we got into it, the deeper the problem went. Throughout the repairs, the workshop guys looped me in with the diagnosis. They shared options for fixes and the likely costs. The mechanics did everything possible to keep costs down without compromising quality.  They are customer-focused and proactive with communication.

The technicians diagnosed the issues and completed repairs in the same week. This included diagnosis, sourcing all parts, and completing work.

No one likes vehicle failure (whether mechanical breakdown or a pink slip fail). We bought the truck a year ago, and even with the current work, it's a great buy.
