Stock Availability and Order Fulfillment

Shipping Costs

Authority-To-Leave (ATL)

All orders will be delivered with an Authority-To-Leave (ATL) as the default option. If you require any changes to this, please email us at the time of purchase.

Delivery Times

Delivery times are subject to stock availability and shipping. We aim to dispatch your item within 2 days of your order, but this may vary depending on stock availability. Please note that we cannot guarantee specific delivery dates.

Cancellations

Cancellations are only accepted prior to the item being dispatched. Once an item has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.

Tracking Notifications

We will provide tracking notifications as soon as they become available from the shipping provider.

Out of Stock Items

If an item is out of stock, we will wait for the item to become available before dispatching your order.
