Mates Rates at CPR Terms & Conditions

By participating in the CPR Automotive Refer a Friend Program, you agree to the following:

Eligibility

Open to existing customers with a valid service history at CPR Automotive.
The referred friend must be a new customer who has not previously used our services.

Referral Process

The referral is only valid if the new customer mentions the referrer’s name at the time of booking.

For the referrer to qualify, the referred friend must complete and pay for a general service as defined by CPR Automotive. A general service is deemed to include the replacement of the oil filter and engine oil, replenishment of fluids including washer bottles and coolant overflow bottles and a comprehensive vehicle inspection covering brake wear, tyre wear, suspension bushes and components, driveline components and oil levels, steering components, exterior lights and wipers and washers. The service also incorporates greasing of driveline and suspension components where applicable, replacement of the air filter and a vehicle wash.

Reward Details

Once the referred friend completes their first general service, they will receive 20% off immediately, and the referrer will receive 20% off their next general service.

The reward is non-transferable, cannot be exchanged for cash or credit, and must be used within 6 months of being awarded.

Limitations

There is no limit to the number of friends a customer can refer.

One discount per person, per service. Discounts cannot be combined or applied to the same service booking.

A maximum of one discount (20% off) will be applied per referred friend.
Offer valid for retail customers only and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers or deals.

The ‘Mates Rates’ offer cannot be used by commercial customers or existing commercial customers with agreements for servicing with CPR Automotive or other CPR Group businesses.

Offer only valid for car (light vehicle), trailer or caravan general service, does not include heavy vehicles or commercial vehicles.

Program Duration

CPR Automotive reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate the program at any time without prior notice.

All rewards must be redeemed before 30 March 2026 unless the program is extended (if you refer more than one mate we’ll look after you).

Disputes and Resolution

In the event of any disputes, CPR Automotive’s decision will be final.

Privacy

Any personal information collected through this program will be handled in line with CPR Automotive’s Privacy Policy and will not be shared with third parties.
