At CPR Automotive Services we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return an item, we are here to help.
Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. You must provide proof of purchase in the form of a receipt.
Timeframe
We offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days from the date of purchase to return an item.
Return Form
To start the return process, please email our admin team at admin@cpr-group.com.au to request a return form. The form must be filled out completely and included with your return.
Shipping
Buyers are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning their item. If the item is valued at over $100, it must be shipped using a trackable shipping service. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during shipping.
Workshop Address
Please send your item to our workshop at 11 Farrier Place Rutherford, NSW 2320.
Refunds
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. We do not offer refunds for change of mind or sale items.
Processing
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
