The foundation of this upgrade starts with Tough Dog suspension lift kit, purpose-built for the Next Gen Ford Everest. ToughDog are known across Australia for their 4WD expertise and delivering reliable suspension systems really improve your off-road performance.

This kit delivers around 40mm of lift, giving the Everest better ground clearance and a more confident stance. Drivers can choose between foam cell shocks for a reliable, set-and-forget option, or step up to 40mm bore adjustable shocks that allow fine-tuning of compression and rebound to suit different loads and driving conditions. For this build, the customer chose foam cell shocks, prioritising durability, low maintenance, and consistent performance for everyday driving and touring.

Matched with raised front and rear coils, the setup can be tailored for comfort, touring loads, or constant weight, making it flexible for different uses. Optional pre-assembled struts also make installation quicker while refreshing key components.
